Job Description

  • Making sure that HUB is performing according to the expectation and take necessary actions to ensure its sustainability.
  • Monitoring and ensure all operation activity in hub are based on SOP.
  • Monitoring cost and expense, and find new ways to be more efficient.
  • Enforcing the culture of compliance within the HUB, in terms of procedures, policy, conduct, attitude and discipline according to the company regulation, and the highest standard of morale.
  • Responsible for the safety of all the people working in the facilities, including also the protection and maintenance of company’s asset and its intellectual properties.
  • To lead, supervise and develop the people within the structure as part of the succession plan.
  • To be the representative of the company with the supporting unit internally and externally.
  • To find and propose new ways of working to the management in order to improve the overall operations performance.
  • Ensuring the rostering plan is based on forecast volume and implemented.
  • Ensuring compliance end to end activity done by sorter, dispatcher, PM Ops. CPC, leader, supervisor and courier, also do some action/coaching to them when needed (e.g. bad attitude, delivery performance, fraud, safety and discipline).
  • Run thru investigation if there is a complaint or problems shipments delivery.
  • Following up customer complaint ticket to related parties and bridging communication between internal and customers to solve problem.
  • Updating information regarding ticket follow up to CS LEX.
  • Communicate settlement realization to related parties for Lost Packages Hub.
  • Responsible for all of the hub equipment (e.g. SEUIC Device) being used properly and maintained in good conditions.
  • Asset management, to making sure all assets on Hub already tag and inventory was count properly.
  • Making sure that aging backlog > 5days are clean either system and physically.
  • Performing morning briefing to all team Hub members.
  • Doing necessary communication with Hub Build intensively regarding to new or relocate hub project.
  • Making justification of contract renewal decision for ICs and OS.
  • Doing continuous improvement through Gemba, TIMWOOD and audit activity.
Job Requirements
  • Minimal S1 (bachelor degree)
  • Proven working experience as operations manager
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Microsoft Office operation (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power point, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • P&L management and oversight experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
  • Have good judgement, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
