Key responsibilities

  • Administers general business office activities
  • Has responsibility for clerical activities including mail, word processing, filing and archiving, order processing, telephone answering and stationery supplies
  • Arranging of pickups and drop offs for all the visitors
  • Travel logistics, i.e. handling all travel and guest arrangements. Ensure all travel bookings are done in line with the company travel policy and the agreed terms of contract.
  • Management of all meeting facilities in the Jakarta office
  • Preparing and maintaining internal telephone directory
  • Control the use of pool car
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the manager

We are looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in administration will be an advantage but newly graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and work to deadlines
  • Customer focused approach
  • Sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to the role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sense of ownership
  • Interpersonal skills/relationship building with multiple stakeholders’ interests (e.g. manager/ visitor/ employee)
  • Able to manage confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Good English communication skills, written and verbal
